Then, it\u2019s necessary to engineer\/design\/retool the way the business works so that it becomes (permanently) better at delivering what customers want\u2014naturally and profitably.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>bottom line<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is this: don\u2019t automatically jump to doing more of the same. We must let the customer know that we understand their situation and their objectives, that we empathize with them and that we will work to help them get the outcome they are seeking. In order to do so, you need to treat your customers the way you would like to be treated, always be honest and don\u2019t overpromise, when you make a mistake, admit it and genuinely apologize. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remember that your customers are human beings, not numbers, always personalize your messages, use emojis, be friendly and try to remember important facts about them.
